At Satrangee, all our products — especially customized and personalized items — are made with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of customizations, we do not offer refunds or returns on customized orders.

However, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience a fit or alteration issue with your order, we are happy to provide free-of-cost alterations. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at thakurutsah@gmail.com to arrange this.

For any product defects or damage during transit, please reach out to us with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
